Job Summary

Cirrus Design Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's tax compliance and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of tax provisions and returns with outside service providers.
  • Manage tax fixed asset databases and ensure internal controls are in place.
  • Research and analyze tax regulations to identify potential savings opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement tax strategies.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting, with a CPA certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of corporate tax experience, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting rules.
  • Experience with Federal and State tax compliance, with a focus on medium-sized companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
