Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our store, restrooms, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
• Operate power washing equipment to maintain the exterior of the building and surrounding areas.
• Perform minor repairs to the store, car wash, and fuel pumps.
• Dispense propane and assist customers with RV dumping.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• Training in gas station custodial duties is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and effectively communicate with customers, clients, and other employees.
• Candidate must be dependable and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
