Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Sylvan Road Capital LLC. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our single-family residential properties according to company operating and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle a wide range of repairs in single-family residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Perform repairs to a high standard of quality and adhere to all fleet and driving policies.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • May provide guidance and support to Maintenance Tech I roles and oversee larger Maintenance, Turns, and Renovation projects.
  • Communicate with residents, internal, and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skilled in household maintenance and multi-family experience.
  • Understanding and ability to utilize powered and non-powered tools to complete repairs.
  • Must possess own hand tools and be able to lift over 50 lbs.
  • NATE HVAC certification and EPA 608 Certification preferred.
