Job Title: Traveling Phlebotomist

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Traveling Phlebotomist to join our team at CHC Wellbeing. As a Traveling Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients at various locations throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using vacuum tube or butterfly venipuncture methods
  • Greet patients, explain services, and verify ID/insurance
  • Set up and break down on-site wellness stations
  • Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes
  • Prepare documents and specimens for laboratory pick up
  • Drive to one job site per day, starting between 5AM and 7AM
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, ASPT, NHA, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
  • Reliable transportation and Valid driver's license
  • General Computer Skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
