We currently have an opening for a committed HVAC Service Technician (refrigeration experience is not a requirement) to enhance our outstanding team.

What We Provide:

  • TOP PERFORMERS CAN EARN BETWEEN $85K-$100K annually in total compensation, plus commissions based on overall revenue
  • Technicians on-call receive a weekend on-call bonus

Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends; on-call rotation is required.

Compensation: $35.00/hr base pay plus additional incentives, depending on experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
  • Universal EPA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of equipment and troubleshooting methods
  • Experience in making repair and replacement decisions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to obtain NATE certifications within one year of employment
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Refrigeration experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • NATE Certification is beneficial but not required
  • Possession of necessary tools

Note: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
