Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to incoming calls, portal messages, and provider messages
- Conduct telephone assessments of patients presenting with medical concerns and symptoms, utilizing established protocols and guidelines
- Provide medical advice, instructions, and recommendations to patients and caregivers based on assessment findings
- Refer patients to appropriate medical facilities or providers for care, utilizing approved guidelines and protocols
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Current Georgia LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1-5 years of experience in pediatric nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
