ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Little Leaf ABA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental needs.

• Implement individualized ABA programs to promote skill acquisition and behavior modification.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, providing regular updates to our supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively.
• Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.

• RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance are essential.
• Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors is crucial.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for data collection and medical records is preferred.

• CPR/BLS certification is desired.
• TRICARE Certification is preferred.
• Passion for driving change and supporting independent growth is essential.
• Desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of the clients we serve is vital.
