Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for packing customer orders, internal material transfers, and vendor claims with a high level of production, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Perform final quality checks to verify that orders, transfers, and vendor claims are 100% accurate per the order requirements.
  • Data Entry: Input data accurately to document items and quantities included in each packing transaction.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Prepare and package all outbound orders carefully to ensure merchandise is sufficiently protected from in-transit loss or damage.
  • Order Preparation: Apply packaging labels, attach packing lists, and stage completed orders for shipment manifest.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalency with the ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations.
  • Experience: Minimum five years in a similar position or parallel working environment utilizing a handheld barcode scanner and desktop PC applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and bend/reach overhead.
