Job Summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are properly stocked and displayed in our retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and rotate products in cold boxes, on dry shelves, and build and maintain displays with point of sale (POS) as necessary.
  • Drive personal vehicle on assigned route, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with store personnel and sales teammates.
  • Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks, etc.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
  • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
  • Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.

  • Previous grocery or retail experience.
