Key Responsibilities:
As a Chicken Fryer, you will be expected to deliver prompt, friendly, and helpful service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cook to Order: Prepare meals as requested, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Fast & Friendly Service: Engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Line Cooking: Collaborate with back-line cooks to ensure timely preparation of products.
• Order Filling: Accurately fulfill special requests from customers.
• Set Case: Maintain a well-stocked and fresh hot case by designated times.
• Follow POGs & Merch Plans: Understand and implement weekly merchandising strategies.
• Outgoing Personality: Be approachable and conversational with customers.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of all hot case offerings and provide recommendations.
• Recipe Knowledge: Prepare meals according to established guidelines and recipes.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability: Flexible to work between specified hours, including weekends and holidays.
