Job Title: TGI Fridays Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests, ensure expedient service, and frequently check up on guests to provide silent service as needed.
  • Menu Knowledge: Learn and expertly recommend TGIF menu items and beverages to guests.
  • Responsible Service: ID guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger and follow all Fridays Service Style Standards.
  • Communication: Communicate in an open, sincere manner to build rapport with guests and team members, and respond positively to conflict situations.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to deliver plates and food, clear tables, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand and walk during entire shift.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to hear well amidst loud background noise, read and write notes to hearing-impaired guests, and read menus to sight-impaired guests.
  • Teamwork: Recognize the importance of working together to accomplish goals, actively promote cooperation, and establish positive working relationships with team members.
