Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and supplies.
  • Process guest charges and gratuities accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality food and beverage products.
  • Participate in daily side work, including stocking and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a food and beverage position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and push or pull 60 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
