Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct pharmacy operations, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.
- Motivate and inspire pharmacy support staff to achieve specified goals and objectives.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
