Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Alabama. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve process efficiency and reduce downtime
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair
- Industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and CNC machines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical degree or certification a plus
