Job Description

At OneSpaWorld, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare and beauty services to our guests, while also training and educating our spa team on the latest techniques and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality skincare and beauty services, including facials, waxing, and nail care.
  • Train and educate spa team members on new services and protocols.
  • Ensure that all spa services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate and execute training programs for new and existing spa team members.
  • Work closely with the spa director to establish daily and weekly targets for the service group.
  • Provide technical guidance to spa managers on guest issues and employee performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and orders.
  • Coordinate off-site events and staff coverage as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment.
  • Computer literate and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a current Hawaii cosmetologist license.
  • Must be able to create, update, and edit training manuals, protocols, and tests.
  • Successful applicant should be able to perform hair, nail, and make-up services and have some salon management experience.
