Position Overview:
As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and planning patient care based on individual needs
- Assisting physicians during medical examinations and procedures
- Conducting various patient tests and administering medications as per nursing standards
- Encouraging patient independence through education on conditions and self-care
- Utilizing your experience to set and achieve care goals
Work Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Active NM Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting is preferred
