The Electrical Maintenance Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to work with our clients in the industrial sector. As an essential member of their team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including heavy industrial machinery.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety policies and industry standards are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and evaluate electrical equipment to prevent failures and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • Heavy Industrial Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a heavy industrial setting, preferably with exposure to electrical systems and equipment.
  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, including the ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • PLC Troubleshooting: Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • 3-Phase Systems: Experience working with 3-phase electrical systems and ability to configure fuses and circuit breakers.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $84,406.40 - $84,406.40 per year, plus benefits including:
