We are a patient-centered home health care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients. Our team of healthcare professionals works together to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients in their residence for physician-ordered care, including wound care, medication management, and education on their diagnoses.
  • Use critical thinking to communicate effectively with caregivers, physicians, clinical supervisors, and healthcare team members about changes in patients' conditions and updates to care plans.
  • Work one-on-one with patients to ensure dignity and make a positive lasting impression.
Qualifications
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO OR OTHER COMPACT STATE.
  • ONE (1) YEAR OF REGISTERED NURSING EXPERIENCE IN COMMUNITY/HOME HEALTH OR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
  • OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN CURRENT BLS CPR.
  • LICENSED DRIVER WITH AN AUTOMOBILE THAT IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND ABILITY TO DRIVE IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS TO ENSURE RELIABILITY FOR PATIENT CARE.
