Auto Body Repair Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a champion of quality, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional repair services to our customers.
Responsibilities- Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
- Make informed decisions on repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical systems.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to company protocols.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Supervise and train junior technicians as needed.
- Proficiency in using frame machines.
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
- Leadership skills to supervise repair personnel.
