Role: Physician (RICU Partial Nocturnist Hospitalist)

Position Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive inpatient care to individuals admitted to the Intensive Care Units.
- Conduct thorough initial patient evaluations and admissions.
- Develop and execute effective treatment strategies.
- Schedule and assess clinical and diagnostic examinations.
- Provide regular updates to primary care providers and family members.
- Perform multiple rounds as dictated by patient acuity.
- Facilitate and integrate specialty consultations.
- Oversee patient transfers to and from the ICU and other care facilities.
- Manage discharge planning processes.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with the role.
Work Schedule: Fifteen (15) shifts per month, averaging twelve (12) hours each.
Qualifications:
- A U.S. medical degree or equivalent international qualification.
- Board eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Eligibility for a medical license in Rhode Island.
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $245,000.
