AEG is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and assisting with our Shopify Plus operations.

About the Position

This is a part-time, non-exempt position that requires strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and 1-2 years of E-Commerce experience.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Manage customer inquiries through the ticketing system and email.
    • Maintain brand voice in customer communications.
    • Assist with developing response templates and training AI solutions.
  • E-Commerce Support (Shopify Plus):
    • Update product listings, collections, and promotions.
    • Manage shipping configurations and discount codes.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and promotions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Work with Warehouse, Retail, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to customer experience.
  • Systems Management:
    • Use inventory management systems to track orders and inventory.
    • Process shipping information through platforms like ShipStation.
    • Ensure accurate data entry across all systems.
