Digital Customer Experience Associate

AEG is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and assisting with our Shopify Plus operations.
About the PositionThis is a part-time, non-exempt position that requires strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and 1-2 years of E-Commerce experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Manage customer inquiries through the ticketing system and email.
- Maintain brand voice in customer communications.
- Assist with developing response templates and training AI solutions.
- E-Commerce Support (Shopify Plus):
- Update product listings, collections, and promotions.
- Manage shipping configurations and discount codes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and promotions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work with Warehouse, Retail, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
- Identify and suggest improvements to customer experience.
- Systems Management:
- Use inventory management systems to track orders and inventory.
- Process shipping information through platforms like ShipStation.
- Ensure accurate data entry across all systems.
