National Tax Technical Senior Manager

Moss Adams is seeking a highly skilled National Tax Technical Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our National Tax team, you will play a critical role in achieving our firm's tax practice goals, particularly in technical tax matters.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with tax leaders and team members to drive resolution of complex tax technical matters
- Develop and maintain internal and external working relationships to provide trusted tax technical resources
- Lead technical tax research and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Manage projects and provide coaching and development to team members
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to facilitate tax technical training
- Evaluate implications of new tax law changes and provide recommendations to tax leadership
- Participate in internal and external activities to attain visibility and recognition within a technical specialization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in accounting or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years tax professional experience required, with experience in public accounting or law firms and/or tax due diligence and merger and acquisitions tax consulting preferred
- CPA or Bar License required
- Proven experience in partnerships and coaching and managing a team, including technical development of tax professionals
