Many of our leaders in Maine began their careers as Warehouse Associates, with numerous individuals remaining with the company for over 15 years.Compensation is $18.50 per hour, in addition to performance-based incentive pay.
Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Role Purpose:
Warehouse associates are pivotal to our organization's success.
They actively, safely, and independently ensure the smooth flow of products through our distribution process while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming merchandise and identify appropriate storage locations.
- Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order fulfillment.
- Ensure product placement in adequate quantities to meet regular or special demands.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other designated areas, are properly attended to.
- Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to its designated location. Consolidate merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Securely pack products in cartons and totes, ensuring the application of shipping IDs and marking cartons/totes with truck run and stop numbers.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by adhering to established system processes.
- Pull orders according to the sequencing on delivery route/run lists.
- Record quantities of materials or items received or distributed.
- Perform end-of-shift tasks, such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintain an organized workstation; return supplies and merchandise to designated locations.
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines. Report any unsafe conditions or actions immediately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned hours and required overtime for the position.
- Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products from various heights, weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
- Must be able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.
