Job Title: Prep Cook/Dishwasher

At Miller's Ale House, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dishroom, as well as supporting our cooks with food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
  • Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all restaurant service standards
  • Ensure work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
