We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Float position at FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Inc. This role will provide support to our Convenient Care locations, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain vital signs and general health information for patient charts and prepare patients for examination.
- Assist providers as needed with examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform tests as ordered by providers or arrange for patient testing, admissions, and referrals.
- Enter and record patient information in charts in a concise and accurate manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- LPN: Must be a graduate of an LPN program and hold a current license. Prefer experience with delivering occupational health services.
- CMA: Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, with knowledge of practice management systems, office automation skills, and extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
- Clinic Tech: Must hold a current NC Paramedic or AEMT certificate.
This position will travel to all 9 Convenient Care locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and team members.
