Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
