We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Engineer to join our team in Skippack, PA.

As a senior water and wastewater engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of engineers while influencing critical projects.

You will mentor and guide a talented team of Engineers in Training (EITs), sharing your expertise to help them achieve their PE licenses and develop their professional skills.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive project engineering and management, expand beyond CAD modeling to impact project planning, execution, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor EITs to achieve PE licenses
  • Drive project engineering and management
  • Collaborate on water and wastewater infrastructure design using SolidWorks
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high standards in project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards

Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD modeling
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring, guidance, and team development
  • Strong competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
