We seek detail-oriented, self-motivated team members with excellent communication skills. The role involves light assembly and kitting of parts, using hand tools to assemble and kit multiple products to meet production quantities and shipping dates. Additionally, you will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and quality control requirements.
As an employee, you will have opportunities to gain experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, stocking, and shipping materials. You will also be eligible to participate in trainings and events at the office, similar to those offered to interns.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembling parts
- Labeling and packing of items into a finished product or kit
- Using hand tools
- Reading simple drawings/instructions
- Quality control of assigned work
- Meeting deadlines and production schedules
The primary assembly will take place in a warehouse setting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this role.
Essential Job Functions:This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting production schedules and quality control standards.
Compensation and Benefits:The compensation range for this position is $15 to $15 hourly. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time positions, as well as disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
