Fresh Bakery Specialist

We're looking for highly motivated and organized individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Baker and Packager Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily, following recipes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes/make-up instructions.
• Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area, including sweeping and cleaning as needed.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and assisting with purchasing decisions.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. • Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
