Key Responsibilities:
As the primary point-of-contact, you will support commercial transactions and strategic partnerships, and provide counsel on related products. You will contribute to business and strategy discussions on a range of issues related to AI, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic, global team of experienced lawyers at Amazon Legal.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be innovative, enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. You will also need to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations and be adept at driving consensus.
Requirements:
10+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $272,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
