We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, visual merchandising, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales floor to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Perform opening and closing routines to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Attract, hire, train, and develop high-performing associates.
  • Develop and implement effective store schedules according to payroll guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of management experience in retail or non-retail with a strong track record of success.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Ability to interview and hire top talent.
  • Experience in training and directing others and developing associates at all levels.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans, safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
  • Ability to perform cash register functions.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise.
  • Passion for fashion and a love of staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
