Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the successful execution of maintenance tasks
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans to ensure the timely completion of tasks
    • Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
  • Inventory Management and Procurement
    • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available
    • Procure materials and equipment as needed to support maintenance activities
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with established quality and safety standards
    • Monitor and report on maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    • 8-10 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with a focus on combined cycle technology
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software
    • Experience with gas and steam technologies, including generators, heat recovery steam generators, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to rotating and energized equipment, hazardous materials, and chemicals. The incumbent must be able to wear personal protective safety equipment and adhere to established policies and procedures.

The position requires standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license is also required for company business travel.
