About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Mobile Billing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our release management processes and managers. Your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements, identify gaps in the process, and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 50% involved in current sprint activities, understanding what is being planned and deployed
  2. 30% working on dedicated projects
  3. 20% on process improvement

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Time management
  • Strong but likeable personality
  • Ability to dig in and ask the right questions to find potential gaps in the current process or things that have not been thought about previously
