We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville. As an RN in our Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Perform diagnostic tests as requested
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with doctors and staff
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing patient needs continually
- Work at maximum efficiency without compromising quality of care
- License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
- American Heart Association BLS certification required within 90 days
- ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
- 1+ year of experience in Trauma or Emergency care preferred
