About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamometer Technician to join our team at Systems Technology Group Inc. (STG). As a Dynamometer Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dynamometers in our engine validation and development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct dyno testing and validation of engines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures to improve engine performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in dynamometer testing and engine validation.
  • Strong understanding of engine mechanics and testing procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
