Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in residential group homes. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide general nursing procedures, behavior management, direct care, and training to individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Perform general nursing procedures, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Provide direct care and training to individuals, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history.
High school diploma or GED.
Possess and maintain a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
Minimum 1 year experience in the Human Services field, preferably in a residential setting.
