Job Summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a skilled Perinatal Education Instructor to provide education services in the community, work sites, and Trinity Health Ann Arbor facilities. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction for New Parent Training and Childbirth Training programs, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver education services in a community-based setting, promoting health and wellness among new parents and families.
  • Collaborate with the Perinatal Education Department to design and implement effective training programs, addressing the needs of diverse populations.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on program operation, design, and modification, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with participants, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Support promotional efforts for educational curriculum offerings, enhancing program visibility and engagement.

Requirements
  • Formal education or certification in perinatal education or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering perinatal education programs, with a focus on community-based settings.
  • Active participation in relevant continuing education, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
