Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Sensor System Technician to join our team at TCWGlobal. As a key member of our Sensor System Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating reference sensors for our products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and System engineers to validate the quality and performance of sensors in our products.
Work with various sensor types, including camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, and IMU, and develop experimental test setups in our lab facilities or on the vehicle test track.
Take accurate field measurements and detailed notes of data collection conditions, and create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to present data and generate test reports.
Use software tools, such as scripts and applications in Linux and Windows, to automate recurring tasks and diagnose error messages to pinpoint the source of issues.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in testing and debugging electronics/sensor prototypes.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of PC systems, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience using photography equipment, such as tripods, props, models, studio lighting, and light meters.
Ability to quickly pick up new technologies in fast-paced environments and evolving fields.
