Role Overview:
We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to support 6th grade students in mathematics at the middle school level. This position involves collaborative teaching and providing essential resource support to ensure that every student receives the personalized assistance necessary for their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Deliver targeted resource support to students in various settings, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to instruction and IEPs as required.
