Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced operating room environment.

• Participate in the delivery of high-quality patient care as a member of the perioperative team.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure accurate and timely completion of surgical procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Surgical Technologist Certificate required at hire.
• Knowledge of sterile core area and sterile technique.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Two to five years of scrubbing experience in all surgical procedures in an inpatient or ambulatory O.R. setting.
• Ability to rotate through sterile core area and perform duties such as cleaning and reprocessing instruments, stocking supplies, and picking case carts.
