Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party, ensuring a seamless and efficient seating process.
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and placing clean/current menus in front of each guest.
  • Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and the well-being of guests.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals and listening to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 to $21.50 per hour, and may offer 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, and other wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
