Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Carvana. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork.
  • Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions.
  • Use safety equipment, including face shields, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
