Clinical Lead RN in Emergency Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for one or more assigned nursing specialty areas.
- Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support associates during assigned shifts.
- Meet with staff and exercise independent judgment to plan shifts, services, and patient care.
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments, ensuring population-appropriate patient care is provided.
- Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels.
- Facilitate availability of adequate materials, resources, and supplies.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
