Columbus, Ohio, United States Michael Page Full time
About Our Client

This esteemed General Contractor has been a leading firm in the Mid-West since the early 20th century. From its humble beginnings as a small, family-owned business to its current status as a nearly $1B contractor with 4 locations in some of the fastest growing markets in the United States, this company attributes its extensive success to prioritizing its employees and adhering to its core values.

The firm launched its Ohio operations around 2010 and has experienced rapid growth since then. It focuses on three verticals - maximizing its strengths while smoothly and smartly expanding its footprint. This GC now employs nearly 150 people in Ohio and sees exponential growth due to its substantial project backlog and strong brand reputation in the market. It operates a design-build model with an elaborate structure to support its employees, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver exceptional client experiences. These approaches have led to a significant portion of its business coming from repeat clients, with a growing list of satisfied customers.

Our Company Culture

We are committed to delivering a merit-based promotion structure - giving our employees the recognition and rewards they deserve for their hard work. Our priorities include sustainability initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and community service efforts through various programs, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement for those interested in pursuing a career in construction.

With over 100 years of operation, we continue to thrive under the leadership of someone who rose through the ranks over the past 30 years, accompanied by a leadership team that has also been promoted based on performance. We prove that dedication leads to opportunities, and if you're seeking to advance your career and join a business that values your contributions, interests, ideas, and motivations, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
