We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Levy County Youth Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with youth and making a positive impact in their lives. As a Levy County Youth Development Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and implementation of summer camp programs for children aged 8-18.
Responsibilities include developing and improving knowledge of 4-H youth development subject matter, participating in orientation training, and continuous on-the-job training. You will also be responsible for collecting and protecting confidential information pertaining to youth member enrollment/health records. Additionally, you will assist the 4-H Extension Agent in evaluating ongoing camping programs and developing new camping programs to serve the community.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse youth and adult audiences. A valid Florida driver's license and any necessary endorsements are required for this position. Experience in education or youth development is highly desirable, but not essential. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about working with youth, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of summer camp programs
