Job Duties
The Bank Specialist will be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Verifying daily proofs and reconciliations
- Validating accuracy of payments and online entries
- Providing solutions to customer, branch, or bank inquiries
- Investigating customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Entering transactions into and balancing general ledger accounts
- Ensuring work is properly safeguarded and controlled
