  • Understanding of banking policies and procedures

Job Duties

The Bank Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Verifying daily proofs and reconciliations
  • Validating accuracy of payments and online entries
  • Providing solutions to customer, branch, or bank inquiries
  • Investigating customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Entering transactions into and balancing general ledger accounts
  • Ensuring work is properly safeguarded and controlled
