Your goal will be to attain individual sales objectives and goals, while focusing on a selling culture that maximizes store profitability. You will also be responsible for resolving or escalating customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, as well as protecting company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices. In this role, you will participate in the day-to-day operations of the store, primarily focusing on sales and customer service activities.
