Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at North Country Business Products. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow a structured sales process to ensure success and achieve sales goals.
  • Maximize market potential by maintaining existing accounts and growing market share.
  • Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and providing product and technical information.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, including profit margins and purchasing/financing options.
  • Effectively sell in a long sales cycle environment and manage multiple open/active sales accounts.
  • Document and utilize company CRM effectively.
  • Remain current on product knowledge, marketing, and industry trends, as well as competitors.
  • Attend educational/vendor training, trade shows, and networking venues.
  • Prepare accurate reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience required.
  • 3 years of successful sales experience required.
  • Education or experience in applicable industries is strongly preferred.
  • Education or experience in the software/technical field is strongly preferred.
  • Must be motivated and confident, with exceptional communication, client service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
  • Frequent travel is required.
