This practice consists of a diverse team of 12 physicians and 4 CRNAs, covering a wide array of cases, including:

  • General Anesthesia
  • Bariatric Procedures
  • Orthopedic Surgeries

  • Endoscopic GI Procedures
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Vascular Surgery
  • Pediatric Dental Anesthesia

While cardiac anesthesia is available, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role includes a blend of managing your own cases and supervising nurse anesthetists within a collaborative care model.

Partnership and Compensation:

Physicians in this practice are equal partners, ensuring a fair and equitable operational structure. Full partnership can be achieved within an 18-month period. The compensation package is competitive, with workload and call responsibilities (1 in 6) and vacation time (8 weeks) that are favorable compared to regional and national standards.
