Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders. You will perform patient assessments, develop individual treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with billing and regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with all rules, regulations, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA and company policy.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current Speech Pathology License, required.
  • Current BLS Certification, required; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an acute or clinical setting.
